Merger of Companies SICO RENT s.r.o. and STATECH s.r.o.

As of 1 January 2026, companies SICO RENT s.r.o. and STATECH s.r.o. have been merged. SICO RENT s.r.o. has become part of mateco rental division of STATECH s.r.o., which has assumed all rights and obligations.

For our customers and business partners, nothing changes as a result of this step – our cooperation and the services provided continue without any changes. However, as of the above date, the new invoicing details of the successor company must be used:
